Players unable to join a party in Fortnite

Some players may contact us to report that they are unable to join a party in Fortnite. When they try to join their friend's party in the lobby, they might get stuck on "Joining Party..." without receiving any error message.

1. Proceed based on the player's issue:

   • If the player reports that their friend cannot join their party, ask them to submit a bug report and then proceed to step 2.

   • If the player reports they cannot join their friend's party:

     1. Ask for their friend's Epic Games display name.

     2. Ask them to try joining their friend's party again.

     3. Then, have their friend submit a bug report.

2. Thank the player for the report and let them know we're investigating the issue.

3. Solve the ticket.
