Why can I refund some cosmetic items without a refund ticket in Fortnite?

Due to special circumstances, certain cosmetic purchases can be returned without using a Refund Ticket.

If an item you purchased is eligible for a ticketless refund, you'll be able to return the item and have the V-Bucks spent returned to you without using any of your return tickets. For more information, visit How to Cancel or Refund Fortnite Item Shop Purchases Made with V-Bucks.
