Why can't I access my Super Levels that I claimed during Chapter 7: Season 3 in Fortnite?

We are aware of an issue where players that owned the Battle Pass at the end of Chapter 7: Season 3 might be missing the Super Levels they claimed. We're currently investigating the issue.
