Why haven't I received the Diamond Pony Glider in Fortnite after purchasing Tiny Tina's Wonderlands in the Epic Games Store?

Players who purchased Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Standard or Chaotic Great Editions on the Epic Games Store before 3/25/2023 at 11:59 PM ET were able to obtain the Diamond Pony Glider in Fortnite.

Since the promotion concluded on March 25, 2023, it is no longer possible to receive the Glider.
