Why I can't pick up items in Fortnite?

Our team is aware of an issue where items can't be picked up or interactions are not functioning in Fortnite. We have confirmed that using custom bindings such as the Sprint and Use buttons on the same input can lead to issues with interaction.

We are currently investigating this and in the meantime, you could try resetting your key binds in the Fortnite settings by pressing the Restore to default button at the bottom of the page.
