Why isn't my score updating on the 8-Bit Leaderboard in Fortnite?

We are aware of reports that the 8-Bit Leaderboard is not updating for some players after damaging opponents with the 8-Bit Shotgun in Fortnite. Please be aware that the 8-Bit Leaderboard displays only the most recent highest score from a match and will update when you achieve a new record.

If your score shows as 0 on the 8-Bit Leaderboard and does not update after damaging opponents with the 8-Bit Shotgun, we plan to fix it in a future game update.
