To use the Epic Support Assistant and contact Epic Games Support, follow these steps:

Open the Epic Support Assistant by clicking the floating chat bubble in the bottom-right corner or the “Contact Us” button.
The Epic Support Assistant will introduce itself and try to solve your problem, guiding you through solutions steps and asking follow-up questions if needed.
Note: At any time, you can click Answer Sources to see the articles the Assistant is using.
If the Assistant can’t solve your issue, it will ask whether you’d like to speak with a human support agent. Click Yes. If prompted, sign in to your Epic Games account. Then, choose to either start a live chat with an agent or create an email ticket.

To contact Epic Games Support, follow these steps:
