Comment tester votre connexion réseau sur votre console

  1. If you are having connection issues, please check the Epic Games Server Status page (S'ouvre dans un nouvel onglet) to make sure all systems are operational. If the issue you’re experiencing is related to an outage or system-wide issue, you won’t be able to connect to the Epic Games Launcher until the outage or issue is resolved. 

  2. Vérifiez auprès de votre fournisseur d'accès à Internet (FAI) qu'il n'y a pas de coupure ou de dégradation dans votre région.

  3. Si votre problème n'est pas dû à une panne :
