Rocket League Item Shop purchases made with Credits can be refunded by contacting Epic Games Player Support.
Eligibility:
Before submitting a refund request, confirm the following:
- Je aankoop is gedaan in de afgelopen 30 dagen
- Het item werd gekocht met credits (niet met echt geld)
De volgende aankopen komen niet in aanmerking voor een terugbetaling:
- Aankopen met echt geld zoals bundels met credits
- Rocket Pass
- Rocket Pass-rangen
- Fortnite Crew-abonnementen
Return ticket limit:
- Each account has a maximum of 3 return tickets, valid for the lifetime of the account.
- Once a return is completed, it cannot be undone, and the return ticket cannot be recovered.
- No additional tickets will be granted beyond the lifetime limit.
How to request a refund:
If your purchase is eligible, gather the following information before contacting support:
- Aankoopdatum
- Naam/namen van item(s)
- Aantal uitgegeven credits
If you have completed all the checks above and your purchase is eligible, submit a support ticket, and our team will process the return.
