Why did I lose access to the new Battle Pass after canceling my Fortnite Crew subscription?

As of December 1st of 2024, for new subscribers, premium rewards on the Battle Pass will only be unlockable while your Fortnite Crew subscription is active. If you purchased the Battle Pass and subscribed to Crew within 14 days, you received a refund for the Battle Pass and you now require an active subscription to unlock premium rewards.

If you were an existing Fortnite Crew subscriber before December 1st of 2024, but later cancel and resubscribe after December 1, the Battle Pass you have through Fortnite Crew will require an active Fortnite Crew subscription to unlock and claim premium rewards.

An active Fortnite Crew subscription is required to unlock and claim premium rewards on the Music Pass and LEGO Pass for all players, as well as any other passes added in the future.
