Rocket League Item Shop purchases made with Credits can be refunded by contacting Epic Games Player Support.

Eligibility:
Before submitting a refund request, confirm the following:

• Achiziția a fost efectuată în ultimele 30 de zile.
• Obiectul a fost achiziționat cu credite (nu bani reali)

Următoarele achiziții nu sunt eligibile pentru rambursare:

• Achiziții cu bani reali, inclusiv pachete care conțin credite
• Rocket Pass
• Niveluri Rocket Pass
• Abonamentele Fortnite Crew

Return ticket limit:

• Each account has a maximum of 3 return tickets, valid for the lifetime of the account.
• Once a return is completed, it cannot be undone, and the return ticket cannot be recovered.
• No additional tickets will be granted beyond the lifetime limit.

How to request a refund:
If your purchase is eligible, gather the following information before contacting support:

• Data achiziției
