Why have I lost access to leaderboards and other social features in Rock Band 4?

If you are a younger player, some online features may be restricted on your account.

This can include Leaderboards and other social features

1. Make sure that your Harmonix account is linked to your Epic Games account. For more details, refer to the Harmonix account linking FAQ (Opens in a new tab).
2. Make sure that there are no outstanding verification steps on your Epic Games account.

You can still play using single-player or local multiplayer modes.
