My Rock Band downloaded songs keep skipping on PlayStation 3

If you see a message like "Can't play, skipping," your console may not recognize your license for the song. This issue can occur when using multiple consoles with shared downloadable content.

  1. Delete and re-download the song.
    Note: This can restore your license in most cases.
  2. Check that the correct PlayStation Network account is on your console.
    • Make sure the account that purchased the content is signed in.
    • If needed, re-download the account to your console.
  3. Launch the game and check if the song plays correctly.
