Download or install updates for Rock Band 4

Rock Band 4 updates install automatically when your console is connected to the internet.

If your game is up to date, no action is needed.

Xbox One

  • When you start Rock Band 4, your console prompts you to install the latest update if one is available.
  • If you install the update, the game continues online as normal.
  • If you decline the update, the game runs offline and will prompt you again the next time you play.

If the update does not appear, check that your console is connected to the internet.

PlayStation 4

  • Updates download automatically when your console is turned on or in Rest Mode.
  • If automatic updates are turned off, you need to install updates manually.
