Rock Band 'Disc read error' on PlayStation 2

Some PlayStation 2 consoles may have trouble reading dual-layer discs. This can cause a disc read error when trying to play Rock Band.

This is a known hardware limitation and can affect other games with large amounts of data, not just Rock Band.
