Trouble connecting online or downloading Rock Band songs on Xbox 360
If you are having trouble playing online or downloading songs on your Xbox 360, check your network setup and access content from the correct location on your console.
- Sign in to your Xbox Live account.
- Go to the Marketplace.
- Select Games, then choose Rock Band.
- Browse and download available songs.
Purchased songs are automatically added to your in-game music library.
- Songs appear in the correct categories.
- Songs may also appear during mystery setlists.
If your purchased songs are missing, confirm you are signed in to the correct account and that your console is connected to Xbox Live.
If you are unable to connect, check your network setup and make sure your router supports Xbox Live.
