Is it possible to transfer the Club Owner role in Rocket League if the owner was banned?

It is not possible to change the Club Owner in a Rocket League club if the Club Owner has been banned. However, Club Managers have the same permissions to manage the Club, with the exception of setting a new Club Owner.
