Rocket League Item Shop purchases made with Credits can be refunded by contacting Epic Games Player Support.

Eligibility:
Before submitting a refund request, confirm the following:

I seguenti acquisti non possono essere rimborsati:

• Acquisti con denaro reale, inclusi i bundle che contengono crediti
• Rocket Pass
• Livelli del Rocket Pass
• Abbonamenti alla Crew di Fortnite

Return ticket limit:

• Each account has a maximum of 3 return tickets, valid for the lifetime of the account.
• Once a return is completed, it cannot be undone, and the return ticket cannot be recovered.
• No additional tickets will be granted beyond the lifetime limit.

How to request a refund:
If your purchase is eligible, gather the following information before contacting support:
