Rocket League Item Shop purchases made with Credits can be refunded by contacting Epic Games Player Support.

Eligibility:
Before submitting a refund request, confirm the following:

• Votre achat a été effectué au cours des 30 derniers jours

Les achats suivants ne peuvent pas être remboursés :

• Les achats en argent réel, comme les packs contenant des crédits
• Le Rocket Pass
• Les niveaux du Rocket Pass
• Les abonnements au Club de Fortnite

Return ticket limit:

• Each account has a maximum of 3 return tickets, valid for the lifetime of the account.
• Once a return is completed, it cannot be undone, and the return ticket cannot be recovered.
• No additional tickets will be granted beyond the lifetime limit.

How to request a refund:
If your purchase is eligible, gather the following information before contacting support:

If you have completed all the checks above and your purchase is eligible, submit a support ticket, and our team will process the return.
