Rocket League Item Shop purchases made with Credits can be refunded by contacting Epic Games Player Support.

Eligibility:
Before submitting a refund request, confirm the following:

• A compra foi feita nos últimos 30 dias
• O item foi comprado com Créditos (não dinheiro real)

As seguintes compras não são elegíveis para reembolso:

• Compras com dinheiro real, incluindo pacotes de Créditos
• Rocket Pass
• Séries do Rocket Pass
• Assinaturas do Clube Fortnite

Return ticket limit:

• Each account has a maximum of 3 return tickets, valid for the lifetime of the account.
• Once a return is completed, it cannot be undone, and the return ticket cannot be recovered.
• No additional tickets will be granted beyond the lifetime limit.

How to request a refund:
If your purchase is eligible, gather the following information before contacting support:
