How can I see my competitive divisions in Rocket League?

In Rocket League, you have the option to hide/show your competitive divisions. 

To change this setting:

1. In the game lobby, click Settings 
2. Go to the Gameplay tab
3. Check or uncheck Show Competitive Divisions to show or hide your competitive divisions
