Rocket League Item Shop purchases made with Credits can be refunded by contacting Epic Games Player Support.

Eligibility:
Before submitting a refund request, confirm the following:

• Ditt köp gjordes under de senaste 30 dagarna
• Föremålet köptes med krediter (inte riktiga pengar)

Följande köp kan inte återbetalas:

• Köp med riktiga pengar, till exempel paket med krediter
• Rocket-pass
• Rocket Pass-nivåer
• Fortnite Crew-prenumerationer

Return ticket limit:

• Each account has a maximum of 3 return tickets, valid for the lifetime of the account.
• Once a return is completed, it cannot be undone, and the return ticket cannot be recovered.
• No additional tickets will be granted beyond the lifetime limit.

How to request a refund:
If your purchase is eligible, gather the following information before contacting support:

If you have completed all the checks above and your purchase is eligible, submit a support ticket, and our team will process the return.
