Rocket League Item Shop purchases made with Credits can be refunded by contacting Epic Games Player Support.

Eligibility:
Before submitting a refund request, confirm the following:

• Придбання здійснено впродовж останніх 30 днів.
• Предмет було придбано за кредити (не за реальні гроші)

Наступні покупки не підлягають поверненню коштів:

• товари, придбані за реальну валюту, як-от комплекти з кредитами
• Rocket Pass;
• рівні Rocket Pass;
• підписки «Загін Fortnite».

Return ticket limit:

• Each account has a maximum of 3 return tickets, valid for the lifetime of the account.
• Once a return is completed, it cannot be undone, and the return ticket cannot be recovered.
• No additional tickets will be granted beyond the lifetime limit.

How to request a refund:
If your purchase is eligible, gather the following information before contacting support:

• Дата придбання.
• Назва предмета чи предметів.
• Сума витрачених кредитів.

If you have completed all the checks above and your purchase is eligible, submit a support ticket, and our team will process the return.
