Rocket League Item Shop purchases made with Credits can be refunded by contacting Epic Games Player Support.

Eligibility:
Before submitting a refund request, confirm the following:

• покупка была совершена в течение последних 30 дней
• Предмет был приобретён за кредиты (не за реальные деньги).

За следующие покупки не предусмотрен возврат средств:

• покупки за реальные деньги (например, наборы с кредитами)
• Rocket Pass
• уровни Rocket Pass.
• оплату подписки «Отряд Fortnite».

Return ticket limit:

• Each account has a maximum of 3 return tickets, valid for the lifetime of the account.
• Once a return is completed, it cannot be undone, and the return ticket cannot be recovered.
• No additional tickets will be granted beyond the lifetime limit.

How to request a refund:
If your purchase is eligible, gather the following information before contacting support:

• название предмета(-ов);
• количество потраченных кредитов.

If you have completed all the checks above and your purchase is eligible, submit a support ticket, and our team will process the return.
