Rocket League Item Shop purchases made with Credits can be refunded by contacting Epic Games Player Support.

Eligibility:
Before submitting a refund request, confirm the following:

• Dein Kauf wurde in den letzten 30 Tagen getätigt.
• Du hast den Gegenstand mit Credits (nicht mit echtem Geld) gekauft.

Für die folgenden Käufe ist eine Rückerstattung nicht zugelassen:

• Käufe mit Echtgeld, z. B. Credit-Packs
• Rocket Pass
• Rocket Pass-Klassen
• Fortnite-Crew-Abonnements

Return ticket limit:

• Each account has a maximum of 3 return tickets, valid for the lifetime of the account.
• Once a return is completed, it cannot be undone, and the return ticket cannot be recovered.
• No additional tickets will be granted beyond the lifetime limit.

How to request a refund:
If your purchase is eligible, gather the following information before contacting support:

• Kaufdatum

If you have completed all the checks above and your purchase is eligible, submit a support ticket, and our team will process the return.
