Why is the Rocket League "View Voice Chat Terms" button unresponsive?

If you are unable to accept the Rocket League voice chat terms due to the "View Voice Chat Terms" button being unresponsive, you will need to reinstall the Epic Online Services.
You can do that by following the steps below:

1. Click the Windows Start button.
2. Type "Add or Remove Programs", and then press Enter.
3. Select Epic Online Services from the list of programs.
4. Click Uninstall.
5. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Extras\EOS.
6. Double click on EpicOnlineServicesInstaller.exe and wait for it to install.
7. Launch Rocket League and you should be able to accept the voice chat terms
