How to refund or return Item Shop purchases in Rocket League

Rocket League Item Shop purchases made with Credits can be refunded by contacting Epic Games Player Support.

Eligibility:
Before submitting a refund request, confirm the following:

• Your purchase was made within the last 30 days

• The item was purchased with Credits (not real money)

The following purchases are not eligible for a refund:

• Real-money purchases, including bundles that contain Credits

• Rocket Pass

• Rocket Pass Tiers

• Fortnite Crew subscriptions

Return ticket limit:

• Each account has a maximum of 3 return tickets, valid for the lifetime of the account.

• Once a return is completed, it cannot be undone, and the return ticket cannot be recovered.

• No additional tickets will be granted beyond the lifetime limit.

How to request a refund:
If your purchase is eligible, gather the following information before contacting support:

• Date of purchase

• Name of the item(s)

• Amount of Credits spent

If you have completed all the checks above and your purchase is eligible, submit a support ticket, and our team will process the return.
