How to refund or return Item Shop purchases in Rocket League

Rocket League Item Shop purchases made with Credits can be refunded by contacting Epic Games Player Support.

Eligibility

Before submitting a refund request, confirm the following:

• Your purchase was made within the last 30 days

• The item was purchased with Credits (not real money)

The following purchases are not eligible for a refund

• Real-money purchases, including bundles that contain Credits

• Rocket Pass

• Rocket Pass Tiers

• Fortnite Crew subscriptions

Return ticket limit

• Each account has a maximum of 3 return tickets, valid for the lifetime of the account.

• Once a return is completed, it cannot be undone, and the return ticket cannot be recovered.

• The number of remaining refunds tickets can be confirmed by the Epic Games Support team at the time of your refund request.

• No additional tickets will be granted beyond the lifetime limit.

How to request a refund

If your purchase is eligible, gather the following information before contacting support:

• The approximate date of purchase

• Name of the item(s)

• Amount of Credits spent

If you have completed all the checks above and your purchase is eligible, submit a support ticket by clicking the blue Contact Us at the bottom of this article. Our Epic Games Support team will review and process the return.
