Why am I missing inventory or progress across my accounts in Rocket League?

Each platform you link to your Epic Games account shares its inventory with your other connected platforms. Not all items are shared, however. Check Which Rocket League Items Can Be Shared Across Linked Accounts? to confirm your item is on the shared list before continuing.

If your item should be shared, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Linked accounts page (Opens in a new tab) and confirm all your platforms are linked to your Epic Games account.

  2. Launch Rocket League on every linked platform and reach the main menu. Items only sync to your account after you reach the main menu on each platform.

    Note:
    You can use the services Nvidia GeForce Now for PC, and Xbox Cloud Gaming for Xbox.

  3. Please use the trade-in function in Rocket League. Refer to What is the Trade In function in Rocket League?

    Note:
    Please pick items that you may not like or use as they will be permanently removed.

  4. Please sync the time across all your devices. Refer to How do I sync the clock on my device?

  5. Clear the cache on your linked platforms. Refer to How do I clear or reset my device's cache?

  6. Create new Save Data on the platform that is missing the items. Refer to:

    Note:
    Replays, Training Sequences, Video Settings, and Tutorial Completion Data will be reset.

  7. If you also play Rocket League on PC, please rename the Rocket League folder. Refer to How do I rename the Rocket League folder in Windows?

    Caution:
    Renaming the Rocket League folder will make you lose access to the replays in Rocket League. You can refer to How to recover backed up replays and training sequences for Rocket League on PC? in order to resolve this.
    Note:
    Skip this step if you don't play on Steam or Epic (PC).
