Why didn't I receive Rocket League Season Rewards?

If you did not receive your Season Rewards, check each of the following before contacting support.

• Match and win requirements

  • You must earn 10 wins at your rank or higher for each rank tier you want rewards for. Only wins in Competitive Playlists count.
    Refer to What are Rocket League Season Rewards? (Opens in a new tab) to verify the exact requirements for your rank.

• Timing

  • Rewards are distributed at the start of the new Season and may take 1-2 days to arrive. Wait until after this period before following up.

• Account linking

  • If you recently unlinked or relinked platform accounts, your Season Rewards eligibility may have been affected. Rewards are tied to your account configuration at the time the Season ended.

• Terms of Service

  • Accounts that violated the Epic Games Terms of Service (Opens in a new tab) are not eligible for rewards.
