How do I get the Long-Time Fan title or Loyalty Ball avatar in Rocket League Sideswipe?

The "Long-Time Fan" title and "Loyalty Ball" Avatar were given to some players as a thank-you gift for their support. Everyone who played the game at any point before August 16, 2024, received these. Currently, there's no other way to obtain the items.
