Why did my Rocket Pass level reset in Rocket League Sideswipe?

Your Rocket Pass will reset at the start of each season. Play games to level up and earn free rewards. Each time you level up, you earn one Pass Tier. The more Tiers you earn, the more rewards you unlock.
