Why did I receive an email that says "This email address is not monitored"?

If you receive an email that says:

Thank you for your email. This email address is not monitored. For support, please visit help.epicgames.com.

It's probably because you replied to an automated email confirming account changes or access, including but not limited to:

  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) codes 
  • Verification codes
  • Password changes 
  • Receipts from a purchase made
