How to troubleshoot Epic Games Store app crashes on mobile and tablet Android devices

Check Minimum Requirements

The Epic Games Store for iPhone, iPad and Android can be installed on Android phones running SDK 24 or later at a minimum (we recommend SDK 34 onwards for optimal performance), and around 25MB of storage is required.

Please note that the minimum spec required for the games available on the mobile store may be higher.

Note: If the Epic Games Store app shows an error saying your device isn't supported, it means your device doesn't meet the minimum requirements. 

Check Latest Version

Make sure your device and the Epic Games Store app are up to date.

Clear Cache

1. Open the Settings app on your Android-powered device
2. Navigate to Apps or Applications 
3. Select the Epic Games Store app 
4. Tap Storage
5. Tap Clear cache
6. Open the Epic Games Store app
