Epic Games Launcherのインストール時に「Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one(別のインストールが進行中です。このインストールを続行する前に、そのインストールを完了する必要があります)」のエラーが発生した場合は、以下の手順を試してからEpic Games Launcherをもう一度インストールしてください。

1. コンピューターを再起動します。

2. WindowsキーとRを押します。

3. 表示されたテキストボックスに、taskmgrと入力します。

4. タスクマネージャーが開きます。

5. バックグラウンドプロセスのリストから、msiexec.exeという名前のプロセスを探します。

6. msiexec.exeを右クリックします。

7. タスクの終了をクリックします。

8. Epic Games Launcherを正常にインストールできるかどうかを確認します。
