My Twitch Drops progression bar is stuck at 99%

If your Twitch Drops progress bar is stuck at 99%, follow these steps:

1. Check your Twitch Drops inventory
   • The drop may already be ready to claim. Go to your Twitch Drops inventory and look for a Claim button. If one appears, click it to manually claim your drop -- the progress bar reaching 99% does not automatically claim the reward.
2. Check for unclaimed sequential drops
   • Some drop campaigns are sequential, meaning you must claim each drop in order before the next one can progress. Check your Twitch Drops inventory for any earlier drops that have not been claimed yet.
3. Refresh your account connection
   • The link between your Twitch and Epic Games accounts can expire, especially after a password change. Unlink and relink your accounts to generate a fresh connection:

4. Check your Fortnite Locker
   • If the drop shows as claimed in Twitch but is not visible in Fortnite, check your Locker directly. Allow up to 14 days in some cases.
