Stuttering/freezing when mouse/keyboard buttons are pressed when starting a game with Battleye enabled

When starting a game with BattlEye enabled, players may experience constant stuttering/freezing while pressing mouse/keyboard buttons.

This is typically caused by malware/adware/PUP constantly reloading into your game.
