How do I provide feedback and suggestions or report a bug for the Epic Games Launcher Preview?

You can send feedback, report a bug, or suggest a feature for the Epic Games Launcher Preview from inside the launcher with Give feedback.

This feature only exists in the Preview for the new Epic Games Launcher. For more information, refer to What is the Epic Games Launcher Preview?

Use Give feedback for anything in the Epic Games Launcher Preview, including the Epic Games Store. It doesn't send feedback about games or your Epic Games account.

Do not include personal information in feedbacks or screenshots.

  1. Select the Epic Games Logo in the top-left corner of the Epic Games Launcher Preview.

  2. Select Give feedback.

  3. Describe your feedback, bug, or suggestion in the text box.

  4. Optional: Select Attach screenshot to add an image (PNG, JPEG, or WebP). You can also paste or drag the image in.

  5. Select Send.

You can also open Give feedback with the Give feedback button in the bottom-right corner of the launcher.
Each report gets a reference code. You don't need to send the reference code to Epic Games Support. Your feedback goes directly to the internal team.
