I cannot sign in to the Epic Games Launcher Early Preview on Linux

If selecting Sign in in the Epic Games Launcher Early Preview on Linux does not open your web browser, follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check if the OS is supported. We support Ubuntu 22.04 LTS or newer, Fedora 43 or newer, or Debian 12 or newer.

2. Open your Downloads' folder to find your EpicGamesLauncher-x86_64.AppImage file.

3. Right-click an empty space inside that folder and select Open Terminal Here (this opens command screen).

4. Type this exact text and press Enter:

   sudo ./EpicGamesLauncher-x86_64.AppImage

5. The launcher will open. Close it immediately.

6. Type this text and press Enter:

   ./EpicGamesLauncher-x86_64.AppImage

7. If the issue persists, change your Default Web Browser to another one, such as, Google Chrome.
