How to understand Epic Game Store offer statuses
There are multiple statuses that games and DLCs can have, use this list to understand each of them.
- Buy Now: This means that the game is available to purchase, download, and play.
- If the button is greyed out, you're likely trying to purchase DLC without owning the main game. You can purchase the DLC if you already have the main game.
- Pre-Purchase: The game is available to purchase but you will not be able to download and play it until it is officially released. Release dates can be found in the About Game section of the game.
- Coming Soon: This means that the game is not available to purchase, download, or play. As the game gets closer to its release date its state may change to Pre-Purchase.
- Some games show an older Initial Release date but still have Coming Soon status. This means that the game was released on other platforms, and it's going to be released in the Epic Games Store soon.
- Unavailable: There are two reasons for a game to be Unavailable:
- Your account already owns content that is included in the game which prevents you from being able to purchase it.
Note: If you purchased a Standard Edition of a game you will be unable to purchase the Deluxe or Super Deluxe Edition. - Your account is located in a region where the game is not available to purchase.

- Owned: This means that you own the game and you will be able to download and play it from the Library.
- Get: This means that the game is available for free to download and play.
