My rendering mode option in Fortnite was not saved

If your rendering mode is not being saved when you start Fortnite, please, try the following:

1. Open the Epic Games Launcher.
2. Click on your Display Name (your initials in a circle) In the top-right corner.
3. Select Settings.
4. Scroll down and expand Fortnite.
5. Check the box for Additional Command Line Arguments.
6. Clear all of the commands that were included in the command line.
7. Enter the command line that matches the rending mode you would like to use (see below).

Rendering Modes:

To launch Fortnite with DirectX 11 use this command in step 7: -d3d11

To launch Fortnite with DirectX 12 use this command in step 7: -d3d12

To launch Fortnite with Performance Mode use this command in step 7: -FeatureLevelEs31
