Team Rumble appears as a grey box on my Play screen in Fortnite and says it's currently disabled

If you can't join Team Rumble on Fortnite because the island appears to be disabled, first, check the Fortnite website to make sure that the Team Rumble island is active: https://www.fortnite.com/@epic/team-rumble (เปิดในแท็บใหม่)

If Team Rumble is active, try these steps as a workaround:

1. Log into Fortnite, and go to the select game mode screen.
2. Look for any experience created by Epic, like Battle Royale, and select Options
3. Go to More from creator
4. Look for Team Rumble and launch the experience from there
   Note: Don't use the search bar in this scenario
