If you receive the message, “Samsung In-App Purchase” denied, please follow the steps below.
Determine if your device is an available device or a test/marketing/development device.
If you purchased your device and had it validated/activated by a service provider, proceed to Step 2. If your device is a test/marketing/development device, we can’t guarantee validation of the IMEI (unique serial number) because it may have skipped the factory IMEI issuance step.
Go to the Settings menu to get the IMEI number and device ID (eg. SM-G975F).
Contact Samsung Support and provide the IMEI number and device ID to check its validity.
