Match throwing or griefing

Scoring own goals, intentionally disturbing teammate’s movements, smurfing, etc.

Intentionally idle

Not moving or only moving slightly during a match

Inappropriate player name

You can select more than one report reason. If a teammate is harassing you in team chat, and is also own-goaling, you can select both Text Harassment and Match Throwing or Griefing. When reporting a player for Text Harassment, press the Chat Log button to see chat lines from the reported player.

Psyonix has a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to harassment of any kind. We will act on violations of the Code of Conduct. This can include permanent game bans in the most extreme cases. When a chat or game ban is placed on an account, each additional violation will increase the length of the ban.
