We are investigating an issue where some Fortnite Crew members are not receiving their V-Bucks and appear inactive despite renewing their Subscription in January. Because this is an ongoing issue, you will be temporarily unable to resubscribe to the Fortnite Crew if your subscription expired or canceled for any reason. V-Bucks are given on the monthly date of subscription. For example, if you subscribe on December 14th, you will receive the next grant of monthly V-Bucks on January 14th. Please allow 72 hours for the content to appear in your account. If after that time, you do not see it, log out and log back in.
The Crew pack will be granted on the last day of the month to active subscribers. Please allow 72 hours for the content to appear in your account. If after that time, you do not see it, log out and log back in.
If you're unable to see the Fortnite Crew option in-game starting December 2nd, your platform, country (or combination of both), or available payment methods may not be supported at this time. We'll keep working on adding more options as time goes on.
If you have purchased a Fortnite Crew Subscription on the Galaxy store and have not received the content, we are aware there is an issue and we are working on a solution.
