IMPORTANT: Creators that joined Support-A-Creator on or after November 30, 2020 can change their Creator Codes by request, so long as they have first completed the Hyperwallet account setup process. Creators that joined Support-A-Creator prior to November 30, 2020 cannot change their Creator Codes at this time.
Once your Support-A-Creator 2.0 application is approved, your Creator Code will be automatically generated based on your current Epic Games display name. If your display name contains any special characters other than an underscore (_), dash (-), or dot (.), we’ll remove them (this is to make sure it is typeable and unique). In some cases, we may also need to add randomly assigned numbers to the end of your new Creator Code so that it is unique.
IMPORTANT: If you do not want a Creator Code based on your current Epic Games display name, please be sure to change your Epic Games display name to something that will work better for you as a Creator Code before you apply.
To request a change, please contact Player Support by clicking “contact us” at the bottom of this page. Note that you will need to provide three possible choices for your new Creator Code, ranked in order of preference as further described below.
Player Support will try to accommodate your first preference, subject to availability. If Player Support cannot match your new Creator Code with any of your three options, then Player Support will contact you and request that you submit three additional options for consideration and review.
Your requested Creator Code must meet the following requirements:
You will receive an email response to your ticket confirming your new Creator Code within 30 days of submitting your request.
After your Creator Code has been generated, you will only be able to change it once during any 12-month period.
