SuperAwesome exists to make the internet safer for kids and Product Managers are fundamental to achieving our mission.

You’ll be joining our AwesomeAds team, building the world’s leading advertising technology built specifically for the kids market, and currently expanding to also provide privacy-first advertising more broadly.

Our product managers are central to SuperAwesome’s culture, business and mission.

You will be responsible for:

  • The day-to-day product discovery and delivery activities as well as a key contributor to the strategic vision.
  • Working in a cross-functional team of 4-9 alongside Tech Leads, Engineering Managers, and Software Engineers.
  • Collaborating with your product team to discover, through analysis and experimentation, the solution that can deliver the customer value fastest, cheapest and most in-line with the long-term strategic goals of the product.
  • Collaborating with other product teams within SuperAwesome, and across Epic Games as required, to understand shared problems, opportunities and solutions.You will become an expert in all aspects of kids digital privacy and advertising.
  • Spending time with customers to understand their key pain points and requirements, both internally and externally.
  • Describing the customer problems and opportunities and identify why solving these problems would be good for the business.
  • Define and measure the intended impact of all product changes.
  • Leading the team in validating product opportunities and solutions.
  • Owning the product backlog for your team and ensure your team remains focused on the most impactful work.
  • Using data to drive continuous improvement of the product, identifying and prioritising improvements and enhancements.
  • Understanding and communicating the impact and outcomes of the product team's work.

The Product

AwesomeAds’ is the largest ad marketplace built for the global kids industry. Safely engage with under-16s across mobile, web, OTT, and virtual worlds. AwesomeAds’ proprietary contextual targeting technology reaches over 300M+ kids every month, while keeping your brand and your youth audience safe.

Awesome Ads is zero-data by design: no PII collection, cookie-based targeting, or behavioral tracking. All ads served through the AwesomeAds marketplace are human-verified for age appropriateness and compliance. Once approved, ads are stamped with the SafeAd watermark to assure compliance and suitability.

AwesomeAds’ technology is certified under the FTC’s Safe Harbor program by kidSAFE Seal, the ESRB, and the CARU COPPA Safe Harbor program.

We are looking for the following specific experience:

  • Building and scaling successful products that users and customers love
  • Experience of working on a scalable B2B product
  • Experience of working with cross-functional teams including (Engineers, UX and UI)
  • Experience with advertising a plus
