What You'll Do

We're looking for a Recruiter to join our team and help focus on hiring in the North America region.  We tend to hire for more commercial roles in this location.  We're looking for someone whose comfortable managing senior stakeholders on a daily basis, and knows how to deliver clear, concise updates to them.  We expect you to mainly focus on Sales and Marketing roles but you should be comfortable applying the principles of good recruitment to any position should the need arise.

In This Role You Will

  • Manage multiple roles of different levels and disciplines
  • Manage stakeholders and have experience of managing senior stakeholders
  • Source candidates using tools like Linkedin Recruiter
  • Manage candidates through our process, including making offers and negotiations
  • Track and report on the progress of your roles using data and analysis
  • Work with our ATS - Greenhouse
  • Offer insights and suggestions on how we can secure great hires for the business
  • Work with an international team (London)

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years in an in-house role
  • Experience of working for a technology focussed business
  • Experience hiring sales / marketing roles in the North America region
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders
  • Previous experience working in an international environment (working with teams in different timezones)
  • Knowledge of Advertising Technology
  • Ability + Experience to take a role from start to conclusion
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques
