LiveOps plays a key role in mitigating the risks of our fast-paced online operations strategy, minimizing disruption to our customers, and maximizing the value of our product teams. We maintain a singular focus on what our players are experiencing in real time. We take lessons from previous incidents and analyses into consideration and inject them into the planning processes for future work. These insights help us inform new and better tools and processes to continue empowering rapid delivery at an increasingly large scale.

In this role, you will straddle the tactical and the strategic. You will fulfill an Agile-style Product Owner role for the LiveOps team; maximizing the product value they deliver, acting as a key partner to the producer, vertical owner and the game Leadership team; tactically, you will ensure excellence in the execution of LiveOps. This role will report within the production craft.
We are looking for a LiveOps Manager with experience delivering and running large, multi-platform, live products with regular content and feature deliveries. A strong understanding of data-driven development and running a large, distributed development team are important
