SuperAwesome is building a safer internet for the next generation. We’ve pioneered the tech sector for youth audiences: creating solutions that enable brands and developers to engage safely and at scale with kids and teens. SuperAwesome technology powers over 12 billion digital touchpoints with young audiences across rich media and video ads, creator content, social communities, gaming, and parental consent. It’s a unique, challenging, and rewarding environment.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

What We Do

Product Management partners with game development, publishing, marketing, and platform teams to provide a data and market-driven view of product strategy that aligns with business goals. As part of Epic’s Growth Team, we use our product expertise to identify and drive growth levers to grow our player base and business.

What You'll Do

You’ll be the Product Manager in a cross-functional team of 4-9, working with software engineers, product designers and business analyst. Our product managers are central to SuperAwesome’s culture, business and mission. You will be responsible for the day-to-day product discovery and delivery activities and a key contributor to the strategic vision. You’ll engender cross-team collaboration to ensure the product/market fit, adoption and commercial success of your product. You will be an expert in kids' digital privacy and parental involvement. You will be a multi-directional communication hub across all aspects of the product and business.

In this role, you will

  • Describe the customer problems and opportunities and identify why solving these problems would be good for the business, and you will lead the team in validating product opportunities and solutions.
  • Use data to drive continuous product growth, identifying and prioritising improvements and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with your product team to discover, through analysis and experimentation, the solution that can deliver the customer value fastest, cheapest and most in line with the long-term strategic goals of the product.
  • Ensure that the outputs of research and user testing are used by the product team to form a deep understanding of the users of your product, including kids and parents, as well as the developers that use the Kids Web Service platform.
  • Maintain a live backlog, balancing the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Define and measure the intended impact of all product changes, and you will be responsible for understanding and communicating the impact and outcomes.

  • You are an excellent communicator, presenter, collaborator, and leader
  • You can maintain your effectiveness in the face of pressure. You have a growth mindset and embrace failure as a critical part of success.
  • Five years plus experience in a Product Management role
