Epic pays employees equitably based on role and level regardless of gender. We conduct an annual salary and market review process to ensure that we maintain competitive compensation for all employees. The data in this report complies with how the UK law gender pay requires the data be reported, which does not distinguish between job level or discipline. This report does not provide an accurate representation of internal pay equity at Epic Games.
